We would like to inform you that we are interested in creating joint venture or similar kind of deal with your company, since we are expanding our field of work.
Our company “Pantrade Ltd”(Novi Sad, Serbia & Montenegro). is established in 1990. and it was among first private businesses in ex-Yugoslavia.
We are registered for doing almost every type of business. At the moment we primarily work with oil and its products and construction materials (buying, selling, transportation... ), but also we are experienced in other industries(pharmacy, medical equipment…). Our city (Novi Sad) is the main administrative, industrial and university center in Vojvodina with qualitive yet inexpensive labour. Location is our adventage too, because we are on the border of EU, betwin West and East along Koridor 10 (highway E-70), on the left side of river Danube. City center is just 4800m from it.
About 30 employees work for us at the moment. We have two managers who can provide you with the market knowledge. There is also other skilful workforce that can be hired.
Besaide that we can offer you:
two properties (one across the street from another) in Novi Sad City area on local¸(regional) road R-102 between Novi Sad and Srpski Miletic.
On the left side of the road next to our Gas-Station complex there is 5 hk (50.000 m2) and on the other side of the street there is 1 hk (10.000 m2). This is our private property 100%. It’s completly conected with all infrastructure: water, electricity, telephone, gas, sanitation infrastructure...
Except these two properties that we own, everything else (meaning bigger properties) belongs to the city of Novi Sad.
         Considering our location we offer you to build here some sort of facility or centar for this part of the world.

         For example:
1. If your company is from West we suggest building center for Middle East or countries that surround us.
2. If your company is from East we suggest building center for Europe union or your target countries.
           Then with us (by creating some sort of joint venture, partnership or other deal) you can export or distribute your (product, service, technology...) to the new markets.

The city has population of 400 000 people. It's big University center can provide needed support for every industry. Also, skillful and certifed people can be hired.
    All required licences and permits can be issued in a short period of time.

About location    Location of the property is quiet good. All means of transportation can reach it easily.
    Property is on the regional road (near city center) so it's very easy for truck transport, railroad station is 1 mile adn shipping harbour is just few miles away. Airport is about 50 miles south from it.
